Three adults and two children died in the cesspool of a private courtyard in the Voronezh state farm, the Novousmansky District Administration reported.
– Two men, a woman and two children were killed. They are from different families – the owners of the house, in the yard of which there is a pit, and other people. There are two preliminary versions: either they drowned or suffocated, – the press secretary of the administration Denis Wolf told RG. The sixth victim was taken to intensive care with a diagnosis of methane poisoning.
The emergency report was received by the rescuers at 18.52. Police officers and employees of the Investigative Committee are working at the scene of the tragedy. The identity of the victims, the reasons and details of the incident are being investigated.
