Brabant interior designers Brian and Peer form the new presentation duo of Palace for next to nothing on SBS6. Brian Jacobs and Peter Akkermans take over from Frank Jansen and Rogier Smit, who made the switch to RTL 4 this year.
SBS announced the new duo on Thursday in a press release.
According to the channel group, the design of interiors is in the DNA of both men. They mainly have experience with the interior design of houses and businesses in the more luxurious segment, but will now have to work with a lower budget.
“We normally design interiors for people who are not surprised by a dime more or less,” explains Brian. “Peer and I hope to bring a lot of Brabant warmth and cosiness to the interior of these people.”
The first four seasons Palace for next to nothing were presented by Frank and Rogier, but they switched to RTL last year. There they go one too interieurprogramma to make.
The new season with Brian and Peer can be seen on SBS6 from August 26.
