More than two decades ago, in 1999, the management of Treasure Park decided to hold a huge New Year’s Eve horse race day and party at Lovin on New Year’s Eve. Thousands of college students were invited at the time, returning to the legendary venue to celebrate the New Year here, loving the special, unparalleled atmosphere of trotting and horse racing. Many people who love horse racing at Trotting New Year’s Eve will also attend other great events at Kincsem Park, which means they’ve been engaged to this beautiful sport forever on the first Trotting New Year’s Eve.
Last year, due to the Covid-19 epidemic, Trotting New Year was missed, but on Friday, Treasure Park will reopen, with twenty thousand spectators waiting for the event.
It is no longer a question today that traditionally groups of friends start warming up here for the night out. Meanwhile, they put their luck to the test in trotting and greyhound racing, cheering on their favorites in the star races, or just ripping the dance and partying in a huge heated party. One of the highlights of the Trotting New Year is two celebrity races named after István Bubik and Ferenc Zenthe, traditionally well-known actors, athletes and public figures sitting there to measure themselves in this great sport.

The 2019 defending champions are ready to start! Here will be the winner of this year’s National Race Charity Star Race, the champion two years ago, the actor Péter Bács, who became nationally known in the series of Dear Heirs, Lajos, in the role of the cavalry boy.
The defending champion of the other celebrity race also accepted the directors’ invitation. András Petur, the face of sports television and a popular sports reporter, is preparing to repeat the championship title.
In addition to the two champions, many well-known faces arrive: Zoltán Székely, the world dueling champion “Cérna”, who drives Beyonce, singer Viktor Varga, media personality Attila Árpa, banker József Vida, TV2 group leader, Péter Szekeres sports reporter, János Martinek champion pentathlete.
