A British media revealed the difficult situation that a former Chelsea footballer is going through.

If money is handled correctly, playing in a team at the top level of European football can ensure the future of any person. However, there are cases in which the players did not know how to stay at the first level and did not know how to make the most of the high income of their best moments.
This is the case of Jacob Mellis, who began his professional soccer career 14 years ago. In addition, he revealed that his addiction to alcoholic beverages accompanied him throughout his career: “It was something that always got me in trouble. When you drink, you are never really in control of your actions. The alcohol affected my training and the trainers were not happy. I remember showing up to training completely drunk once when I was 19 years old. they sent me home“.
