KOMPAS.com – A number of netizens on social media complained about the Productive Banpres program for Micro Enterprises (BPUM) or SME direct cash assistance (BLT).
They complained about a sudden change in data on the BRI eform page. When the morning is declared as the recipient SME assistance, but the afternoon turned out to be unregistered.
BRI is known to be one of the channeling banks BLT UMKM. To check whether or not they have received this assistance, MSME actors can access https://eform.bri.co.id/bpum.
Apart from these complaints, there were also netizens who said that in the afternoon they were declared recipients BLT UMKM, but in the morning it turned out to be unregistered.
One of them, the complaint came from the owner of the Facebook account Takim poel.
He shared the upload on the Sukoharjo Makmur Facebook group on Friday (27/11/2020).

Facebook account Chesar Junior also complained about the same thing.

Not only that, the owner of the Facebook account Sarah Julianti distributing screenshot proof that stated that in the morning he was declared a recipient of UMKM assistance, but in the afternoon he was not registered.

BRI’s explanation
BRI’s Corporate Secretary, Aestika Oryza Gunarto, explained that the change in data on the status of the MSME BLT qualification occurred because of the traffic on the BRI eform page. So, according to him, something like an anomaly occurred.
“The anomaly is caused by traffic which is high, “said Aestika when contacted Kompas.com, Sunday (29/11/2020).
Surge traffic that, said Aestika, caused by many people accessing the BRI eform site.
“Due to the large number of people accessing BRI eforms to check the status of assistance,” added Aestika.

Go to the nearest BRI office
Aestika added, if there are people who experience such sudden data changes, it is advisable to visit the nearest BRI office.
The public is asked to directly check the status of obtaining BLT UMKM or not at the nearest BRI office.
“For people who experience this, we suggest visiting the nearest BRI office to immediately check,” said Aestika.
However, he ensured that with the improvements that BRI continues to make, the incidents of changing this data do not happen anymore.

How to register for assistance
The government provides BPUM or BLT UMKM with a nominal value of Rp 2.4 million.
To get this assistance, the community can contact the Cooperative and UMKM Office according to their domicile. Registration for BLT UMKM will be closed on Monday (30/11/2020).
“The way is to write or call the office that handles cooperatives and UMKM to be proposed as potential recipients of BPUM. The service will verify and propose to Kemenkop UKM, “said Hanung Harimba Rachman, Deputy of Financing at Kemenkop UKM Kompas.com, Friday (16/10/2020).
Prospective beneficiaries can also be proposed by cooperatives that have been legalized as legal entities.
In addition, prospective recipients of this assistance can also be proposed by ministries / institutions, banks, and finance companies registered with the OJK.

- Phone number
Before registering, make sure you are eligible for assistance, namely:
- Own a micro scale business
- WNI
- Not ASN (State Civil Apparatus), TNI / Polri, BUMN / BUMD employees
- Not currently having a loan at a bank and People’s Business Credit (KUR)
Micro business actors who have a different address between domicile and business location, can attach a Business Certificate (SKU).
