In Russia, the website of MBH media, owned by Mikhail Khodorkovsky, was blocked

In Russia, following Navalny’s website, Khodorkovsky’s website was blocked. Roskomnadzor has blocked the MBKh Media resource; at the moment it is not opened with most providers in Russia.

According to the register of blocked sites, access to the resource is limited by the decision of the Prosecutor General’s Office on August 3. In connection with what the site is blocked, it is unknown.

At the same time, no notifications were received either from the Prosecutor General’s Office or from Roskomnadzor.

The Prosecutor General’s Office referred to Article 15.3 of the Federal Law “On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection”. In accordance with this article, sites containing information calling for riots, extremist activities or participation in illegal mass events are blocked.

Earlier, Roskomnadzor blocked the Open Media website.
