On Friday, September 19, an cyclist experienced unpleasant and painful moments, and in the middle of the intersection, turning onto Lubānas Street, Riga, a car was hit, reports “Degpunkta”.
In the afternoon from Keldiša Street, on the left to Lubānas Street, a red “Ford Ka” driver turned. Unfortunately, a cyclist about the age of half a man, who was crossing Lubānas Street at that time, went unnoticed by the woman and was shot.
The accident took place in the middle of the intersection and, according to people who saw the incident, the cyclist was driving on a pedestrian crossing at a green traffic light.
Doctors rushed to help the injured man in a short period of time. As a result of the fall, he injured his head and suffered abrasions.
Representatives of the emergency medical service took the victim to the nearest hospital for further investigations.

The Ford governor herself refrained from making any comments to Degpunkta in front of the camera, entrusting her testimony exclusively to the traffic police.
