In Kiev, with searches, they came to an apartment rented by the people’s deputy from the “Servant of the People”

The politician said that his personal belongings, including the correspondence and documentation of the People’s Deputy, were taken away from him.

“In order to avoid any provocative actions on the part of criminals, I openly declare that no drugs, firearms, explosive substances have ever been stored or preserved in my house. But there is a package of documents in the apartment that carries a mode of limited access to information and is of particular value within the framework of my activity as a People’s Deputy of Ukraine, “he wrote.

At the same time, judging by the photos published by Pashkovsky, law enforcement officers came to him.

In the comments to the post, the situation explained attorney Denis Tsypin. According to him, the apartment passed into the ownership of another person after 10 years of litigation.

“The former owner rented this apartment to the deputy so that the new owner was afraid to assert her rights. As for me, the deputy was framed and dragged into a conflict,” he said, adding that no one knew that the people’s deputy was renting the apartment.

Pashkovsky answeredthat the service housing of the people’s deputy has a special status and no “cattle in balaclavas” can break the locks and enter the premises. And he added that he stores especially important information at home. Therefore, I have already written a statement to the police and will record everything that disappeared after the visit of the “guests”.

At the same time, a lawyer stressedthat he is ready to provide the politician with all documents and arguments indicating that he and the new owner were simply dragged into a conflict. He assured that the new owner did not know about the lease, and the previous owner deliberately did not say that he had lost his ownership long ago.
