Due to the transfer of warm air masses from North Africa to Greece from tomorrow and in the coming days, a significant increase in temperatures is expected, reports ANA-MPA.
From Thursday, July 29, to Tuesday, August 3, temperatures will be particularly high throughout Greece.
Tomorrow in Epirus and Thessaly the temperature will reach 39-40 degrees, and on the islands it will be 35-36 degrees.
After Thursday, temperatures of up to 43 degrees are expected in the mainland, on the islands in the Ionian Sea – up to 38-40 degrees, and in the Aegean Sea and the Dodecanese the maximum will be 37-38 degrees.
Night temperatures will also be high – 25-26 degrees.
