In Chernivtsi, two pensioners of 74 and 66 years old, who are accused of rape and seduction of underage girls, will appear before the court. They for more than 15 years had sex with children, and also produced pornographic products with their participation.
Acting on the results of the pre-trial investigation at a briefing on Tuesday, October 6 the head of the regional prosecutor’s office Vyacheslav Cherney and the head of the Main Directorate of the National Police of Ukraine in the Chernivtsi region Ruslan Dudarets, reports press service prosecutors (to watch the video, scroll to the end of the news).
The pensioners were detained in the spring of 2021, and on September 28 they were left in custody with an alternative to bail of UAH 1.99 million. This amount is explained by the fact that the amount of seized pornographic materials was large – 54 GB photos and videos – and could have brought significant income to the suspects.

As it turned out, the 74-year-old man had sex with girls for over 15 years in his own apartment. He also offered this to his friends and took pictures and videos. The man kept exel tables with a description of financial calculations and video, photographs.
The victims were six girls – five minors and one adult. Now only two have written statements and have victim status.

“The girls of the owner of the apartment knew very well, they visited his house with their mothers, who had also provided sexual services before. One of the girls was his goddaughter“, – said Cherney.
The man is charged 58 criminal offenses – rape, pimping, maintenance of a place of debauchery, human trafficking, recruitment for the purpose of sexual exploitation of a child, harassment, possession and distribution of pornography.
“According to the sanctions of articles, a 74-year-old man life imprisonment threatens, 66 years old – up to 15 years in prison “, – emphasized Dudarets.
The 66-year-old suspect took advantage of a friend’s offer, paid money and had sex with children. He is charged with 29 offenses.
