To improve the return to employment of job seekers and temporary workers, Prism’emploi Auvergne Rhône-Alpes and Pôle emploi Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, this agreement is the second regional variation between them.
The two actors undertake to jointly mobilize their resources and expertise to improve the return to employment of job seekers. This partnership also aims to respond to the recruitment difficulties of employment agencies and in general to
develop territorial synergies between the two networks.
The signatory parties thus wished to strengthen their relations and the effectiveness of their systems by coordinating their initiatives in the
territories.
This regional framework agreement revolves around four major axes
1. Develop relations between the networks of Pôle emploi and the temporary work and recruitment branch to contribute to better knowledge of their respective service offers. To do this, the two parties will communicate within their network and organize information meetings. The territorial representatives of the OPCO of the temporary work branch, AKTO, and of the Social Action Fund for Temporary Work, FASTT, will be closely associated with these meetings.
2. Act together to facilitate and streamline the sourcing of candidates, with particular emphasis on job seekers with disabilities and those most remote from employment.
3. Take action on difficult-to-fill job vacancies, in particular by co-organizing actions in trades for which recruitment needs have been identified.
4. Encourage retraining of job seekers, by mobilizing available training tools.
