Theater for the young audience – Regensburg – News

Mia Constantine is an assistant director at the Regensburg Theater. In the “be free” video, she gives an insight into her work.

Regensburg.Mia Constantine graduated from education science and art history
   in Frankfurt a. M. and Berlin studied directing at the Academy for the Performing Arts
   in Ulm. Afterwards, she attended and assisted at various projects at the Wiesbaden State Theater
   Productions in drama and theater pedagogy. From 2012 Constantine worked
   as assistant director at Theater Regensburg. She staged various productions
   and headed the youth club at the Regensburg Theater together with a theater teacher.
   Since 2017 Mia Constantine works as a freelancer and works, among other things, at the Junge Theater Ingolstadt, the boys
   Resi Munich and the jungle Vienna. Her current projects include “Winter Travel”
   by Elfriede Jelinek, “Pünktchen und Anton” by Erich Kästner and “Vermögend”.

With the joint action “Be Free – and Not Alone”, the City of Regensburg is supporting
   Theater Regensburg and the Middle Bavarian artists from the city and district during
   the corona crisis. Between 5 May and 5 July every day at 7.30 p.m.
   an artist in a video. For this he receives 500 euros in support.
