Citizens of Ukraine from the territories of Donbass temporarily not controlled by the government are taken to the Rostov region and are given Russian passports so that they can participate in elections to the Russian government. About it informs Rain on Saturday 18 September.

Edition of the Caucasian Knot writesthat about 400 residents of ORDLO received Russian passports the day before. Immediately after that, people were taken by buses to polling stations in the Rostov region.
Earlier, the ringleader of the so-called “DPR” Denis Pushilin announced that he had organized 825 bus and 12 railway “trips” to the Rostov region so that residents of the occupied Ukrainian territories with Russian passports would vote in the Russian elections.
