These 4 operations, which represent nearly 31 000 m², illustrate the development dynamic and the know-how of the group Icade. With establishments located in Germany, Italy and Spain, Foncière Santé holds a portfolio of more than € 5.7 billion for 179 assets, including 40 abroad.
The private hospital of Grand Narbonne, delivered by Icade Santé in May 2021 to ELSAN, will host ELSAN’s 20,570 m² of medicine-surgery and follow-up / rehabilitation activities for the Narbonne region. For this operation, the total investment of which amounts to € 48 million, Icade Promotion has been the delegated contracting authority for the construction on behalf of Icade Santé. Icade Promotion has built on the same site, on behalf of doctors, a 4,000 m² consultation center, as well as a 1,000 m² medical imaging center.
The delivery of the Sur Moreau clinic in Saintes (17) to the Korian group is part of the partnership between Icade and Korian signed in December 2017. This post-treatment and rehabilitation clinic, with a capacity of 82 beds and places for a surface area of 4 702 m², will host the activity of the Saint-Pierre de l’Ile clinic of the Korian group. Icade Santé made a total investment of € 9.6 million on this transaction. Icade Santé relied on the know-how of Icade Promotion, which provided construction under a real estate development contract.
Extension of the Saint-Pierre Clinic in Perpignan, operated by ELSAN, asked Icade Santé for an investment of € 8.7 million for the extension and restructuring of the clinic. After a first restructuring of the outpatient service delivered in January 2021, an extension allowed the creation of additional rooms for the operating room. The total area of the establishment is thus increased to 18,234 m². Work will continue on the site until April 2022 (restructuring of the intensive care unit in the immediate vicinity of the operating theater, junction of the intensive care unit with the operating theater, etc.).
Icade Santé delivered to Lunellois Public / Private Health Center* an after-care and rehabilitation facility specializing in pathologies for the elderly with a surface area of nearly 5,100 m² and comprising 79 beds and places. Icade Santé made a total investment of € 11.5 million in this operation and Icade Promotion provided delegated project management.
