IAB France publishes guide on the future of targeting without third-party cookies

“While many industry players are already talking about the end of the third-party cookie for 2022, there is currently no ideal solution to replace this identifier, which has remained, for 25 years, an essential infrastructure for all digital advertising ”indicates Augustin Decré, pilote de la Task Force Identity Cookieless et Managing Director Southern Europe d’Index Exchange.

In this context, the experts of the “Identity Cookieless” working group of IAB France have developed a guide which explores the future of third-party cookies and the future of advertising targeting.

A webinar on the same theme was organized by IAB France on December 10. 10 expert members and pilots of the Task Force Identity Cookieless working groups presented the main features of the cookieless guide.
