What do we do when we realize that reading social media has a negative influence on our thoughts like I do? Day after day I promise myself not to let myself be invaded by trolls who say anything, and although I know how their aggressive comments disturb me, it’s stronger than me, I read them anyway. Where does this need to hurt yourself come from?

When you realize that you are exactly like an addict unable to do without his drugs, or an alcoholic with his drink, you may realize that the only way to protect yourself is to give up the substance altogether. And for that, you will have to unsubscribe.
