At the funeral of the deceased Krzysztof Krawczyk there was an incident widely commented on in the media. The artist’s widow bluntly asked Marian Lichtman from the ceremony, and Andrzej Kosmala accused him of promoting himself on the death of his friend. A week after the funeral, the artist’s wife made a public appeal to the musician of the Troubadours.

Ewa Krawczyk appeals to Marian Lichtman: I am begging you, leave us alone
Ewa Krawczyk posted “an appeal to Marian Lichtman and journalists cooperating with him” on the official profile of her deceased husband. In the entry, the widow of Krzysztof Krawczyk raised a few quite personal threads that we will not quote out of respect for the mourning family of the deceased. Ewa Krawczyk at the beginning of her appeal indicated that her husband was to warn her about Lichtman.
Marian Lichtman, I must say a few words, because I’m fed up with your meddling in our affairs. A friend of my Krzysio, devoted for life, and now is Andrzej Kosmala. My husband warned me about you because you always brought to the newspapers what was happening at our house. (…)
The widow of the deceased artist has one goal – she wants Marian Lichtman to let go of the media scuffle and stop speaking about the artist in the press.
Andrzej Kosmala is still dealing with my husband’s affairs. And I am begging you, let go and do not confuse people and respect our mourning. Show your heart if you consider yourself a friend, because they don’t! (…) The worst awaits us! Just don’t run to the press right now! Marian, I am begging you: leave us alone! A lot of good health for you and your family!
