The development work on the Hyatt Business Gate project has been completed, by 66%. The project is located in western Dammam on the Jubail Expressway.
The project consists of two administrative buildings that support a modern work environment. It also includes commercial showrooms on the ground floor and five office floors, with a total building area of 18,500 square meters.
It is expected that the project development will be fully completed in the first quarter of 2024 AD.
It is noteworthy that the “Hayat Business” project is the latest project of Zadad Real Estate Development Company under its Hyatt brand, which is directed to the office sector.
