Every day a formula, 3 dishes for 20 euros with a different dish every week. A few days before the end-of-year celebrations, chef Valentin Gobin and François Boisneau, the gourmet wine merchant “En cave et débouche” cook poultry, pumpkins and other risottos to accompany the festive dishes.
