You probably know Huawei as a phone manufacturer, but in addition to the phones, the company has even more products and these can now be found in the new HUAWEI Store.
In addition to laptops and telephones that were already available in the Netherlands, there are also two products that have never appeared before: the audio glasses Huawei Gentle Monster Eyewear, Eyewear for short, and the compact speaker Huawei Sound X. Have a first impression.

Sunglasses with built-in speaker
In March last year, Huawei announced a partnership with one of the hottest sunglasses brands in the world: Gentle Monster. This brand from South Korea has become known thanks to the rise of K-Pop music and is best known for its particularly outspoken models.
That is where the Huawei Gentle Monster Eyewear came out, available in different models. What makes these glasses special is that they have a speaker on both sides, which sends sound directly to your ear. You connect your glasses to your phone via bluetooth, which is possible with all phones, and then the audio playback can start.
Sound X
The other new product is the Huawei Sound X. A speaker for your living room or home office, which works via bluetooth, wifi or, if you have an Android phone with NFC chip, via Huawei Share. You tap the speaker and the speaker immediately takes over the audio.
The speaker was developed in collaboration with Devialet, a French speaker brand that normally makes speakers for around 2500 euros. They are known for being able to put a lot of bass in a relatively small speaker via special technology. That has certainly succeeded with this Sound X.
Both devices are too order in the HUAWEI Store. The Sound X costs 299 euros and Eyewear also costs 299 euros.
