Around 5:30 am this Thursday morning, the firefighters were called for a house fire, rue de l’Union, in Anglet. When they arrived at the scene, the fire was already mastered, but they had to take care of three occupants of the accommodation, greatly inconvenienced by thick smoke.
A 39-year-old woman and her two children aged 10 and 14 were thus transported at the Center hospitalier de la Côte basque, in Bayonne, to be examined. The family dog was also recovered, unharmed.
The emergency services also proceeded to ventilation of this one-story house. The precise circumstances of the origin of this fire have not been determined but it would come from an electrical source in the garage.
