The young woman was driving down Black Creek Road and as she turned onto Packing Plant Road a silver Dodge Charger car flashed a blue light, similar to patrol cars. As he stopped his vehicle, two hooded men wearing dark clothing got out of the car and walked in his direction. She fled the place immediately, the local media reported Jocoreport.
