jpnn.com, JAKARTA – A number of regions have asked the Minister for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (MenPAN-RB) Tjahjo Kumolo to review the SE on the Abolition of Honors.
The circular issued on May 31 is considered to be triggering new problems.
“We do not refuse to implement the central government’s policies, but we ask that there be consideration for areas with minimal local revenue (PAD),” said Deputy Regent of West Nias Era Era Hia to JPNN.comSunday (5/6).
He revealed that of the three solutions offered by the central government, the West Nias Regency Government was more inclined towards civil servantcompared to government employees with work agreements (PPPK), let alone outsourcing.
When recruiting civil servants, the local government no longer thinks about salaries and benefits.
Very different from the PPPK, which is currently still a polemic.
Deputy Regent Era revealed that the lack of funds for West Nias Regency had an impact on the appointment of the 2021 PPPK.
Until now about 600 teachers have not been given SK PPPK because of the salary problem.
“That’s why we propose that the central government opens the recruitment of civil servants only for these honorary workers,” he explained.
