Bags are a favorite fashion item for women. One of the bags that is being targeted are the branded bags which are not cheap.
So no wonder there are women who choose KW bags because they are cheaper. The term KW itself derives from the word “quality”.
One of the shopping malls that sells KW branded bags is located at ITC Mangga 2, north of Jakarta. Upon entering ITC Mangga Dua, there were rows of stalls of KW bags and other counterfeit branded goods, such as wallets, dresses and belts.

According to one of the branded bag sellers who didn’t want to be named, the average price of KW or fake branded bags sold by ITC Mangga Dua is around Rp. 200 thousand to Rp. 18 million. KW bags sold by Gucci, Michael Kors, Balenciaga, Louis Vuitton.
A luxury bag from Paris, the fake version of the Goyard was sold for Rp. 1.7 million from the original price of Rp. 60 million. The KW version of the Coach bag is sold for a variety of prices ranging from Rp. 1 – Rp. 2.8 million. The Dior KW saddle is sold for 2.8 million rupees because it is close to the original similarity. There is also a Dior KW bag which is sold very similar to the original so that the price reaches Rp 8 million.
The Saint Laurent KW bag in mirror quality is sold at a price of Rp 3.9 million. There is also a KW Tory Burch bag for Rp. 3.7 million, while the original is about Rp. 23 million.
KW bags from Spanish fashion brand Loewe are also sold by ITC Mangga Dua. The price is IDR 3 million. Meanwhile, KW Balenciaga bags are around Rp. 2.2 million – Rp. 2.4 million.

One of the brands whose KW alias fake versions are widely sold at ITC Mangga Dua is Longchamp. The medium size KW Longchamp bag is priced at IDR 225 thousand, while the small size is IDR 200 thousand.
And the Hermes, Louis Vuitton and Dior bags? The shops at the back of ITC Mangga Dua sell the KW version displayed in shop windows. This shop window display usually sells KW bags of mirror quality or similar to the original.
The KW Dior Lady Bag is priced at IDR 2.4 million – IDR 2.3 million. The KW Hermes Birkin bag, which is said to be 90% similar to the original, costs 15-18 million IDR. There is also a KW Hermes Lindi bag for Rp. 16 million.
