Jakarta

A 19-year-old teenage girl in Tarakan, North Kalimantan (Kaltara), Arya Gading Ramadhan, who has been missing since April 2021, was found with only a skeleton remaining. The victim was found to have been killed by a married couple with the initials EG (23) and AF (22) and MN (45).

Reported detikSulselTarakan Police Chief AKBP Taufik Nurmandia said the victim was initially reported missing in April 2021. At that time, the victim did not return home for about 1 week.

“Arya Gading Ramadhan left the house for more than a week and hasn’t returned home,” AKBP Taufik told a confirmation request on Saturday (3/12/2022).

Police investigating this case later found the victim’s remains in a pineapple plantation area in Juata Permai Village, North Tarakan District, Tarakan City on Wednesday (11/30).

The perpetrator covered up this action by wrapping the victim’s body with a tarp. The strategy was intended so that the victim would not leave a trail of blood when the perpetrators dragged him to the place where the victim was buried.

“After it was confirmed that the victim was dead, EG wrapped the victim in a tarp,” Taufik said.

“(The perpetrators) dragged (the victim’s body) to the pineapple plantation area that is across from the initial crime scene,” he continued.

The perpetrators dug the ground to a depth of 50 centimeters, then placed the victim’s body in it which was wrapped in a tarpaulin.
