Here are the first pictures of the F-35 fighter jet practicing the use of tactical nuclear weapons. The film is probably aimed at China and Russia.
This week, the US military downgraded a film of the F-35 fighter jet. It was filmed on August 25 across the Nevada desert. In the film, the plane takes off faster than the sound. From an altitude of 3000 meters, the aircraft releases an inactive atomic bomb of the type B61-12. 42 seconds later it hits its target in the desert sand.
This is not the first time a fighter jet has tried this weapon. But the F-35 has so-called stealth features. This means that it is extremely difficult for an enemy to detect it. Thus, the film shows that Americans can now fly almost invisibly at supersonic speeds to a target and hit it with this type of weapon.
