A 27-year-old man surnamed Ji in New Taipei City was driving a heavy truck late at night on the 21st as it passed on the Taizhou Highway 64 expressway. At high speed, he ran into a multi-service taxi with the lights in front of him failing it had been turned on. Ji Nan was sprayed and fell to the ground at the scene. Because Chen Nan drove without turning on the lights, the police imposed a fine of 3,000 to 6,000 yuan on him in accordance with Article 33 of the “Road Traffic Management Penalty Regulations.” After being interrogated by the prosecution, they believed that Mr. Chen had a legitimate job and family, and that his attitude after committing the crime was acceptable. During the interrogation, he expressed the hope that he would discuss reconciliation with the victim’s family. Hard to believe this case is in flight danger, so there’s no bail request.

It is understood that the car accident occurred at 22:00 on the 21st. 27-year-old Ji Nan was driving a large Aprilia RS 660 heavy machine from Taiwan 64 Highway to Banqiao. After traveling 25.7 kilometers, he chased and hit a car in front of him at high speed. When the police recorded Chen Nan, the multi-taxi taxi driver, Chen Nan was emotionally broken and shaking in the police station. The police charged Chen Nan with death by negligence. According to Article 33 of the Administrative Penalty Regulation, a fine of 3,000 to 6,000 yuan was imposed on him.

When Ji Nan’s body was examined yesterday (22), the prosecution also summoned Chen Nan to the case. As for Chen Nan’s guilt, the prosecution said it still needs to collect evidence and investigate to clarify. The attitude is acceptable, and he said during the interrogation that he hopes to discuss the intention of reconciliation with the victim’s family. It’s hard to believe that this case is in danger of escape, so please come back without bail.
