- Marketing department management
- Development of the marketing and communication budget including cost responsibility
- Creation of market and competition analyzes of the Swiss market and derivation of own possibilities and possibilities for development and implementation of suitable measures
- Creation of business plans and brand plans
- Conception, planning and organization of all B2B and B2C marketing and communication measures, in consultation with the M&V division management and sales managers
- Product launches, implementation of life cycle management of existing products and co-design of the pricing concept
- Supervision of relevant KOLs
- Monitoring implemented marketing measures, including control and corrective measures
- Implementation of the online activities, maintenance of the website and implementation of the social media plan
- Compliance with all legal and internal pharmaceutical marketing guidelines
- You have a basic scientific (chemist, laboratory assistant or similar) or commercial background with in-depth knowledge of the Swiss pharmaceutical industry (OTC, raw materials).
- You have completed further training in the field of marketing and communication (marketing manager, marketing specialist at the Federal FA or similar).
- You have at least 5 years of professional and managerial experience in a comparable position.
- You have a strong creative streak, you work analytically, goal-oriented and solution-oriented and you are sociable.
- You have a well organized and independent way of working, you are resilient and you enjoy working in a team.
- You are fluent in German and have good knowledge of French and English.
