After collecting evidence, a prosecutor managed to identify those involved, requesting before a judge, an arrest warrant against Bayron, which became effective in May 2022 by uniformed officers of the Neiva Metropolitan Police, in the Los Cauchos toll on the road that leads from Rivera to the municipality of Campoalegre.
Thus, Aparicio Isaza was sentenced to 21 years in prison for being responsible for double aggravated homicide and the manufacture, trafficking and possession of firearms.
