It was on various diversion routes in the Green Heart regularly fixed. Especially during rush hour it was quite hard and there were sometimes long traffic jams. The highlight was last Friday, when it was rock solid, especially in the Woerden region. Now that the A12 is open again, this traffic suffering has (hopefully) come to an end.

Since the A12 closed on Monday evening last week, a lot of work has been done on the empty highway. The asphalt between Woerden and Nieuwerbrug has been replaced by a two-layer and low-noise Zoab. The top layer was not replaced between Oudenrijn and Woerden. Repairs to the asphalt and the guide rail took place here and the verges were mowed.
