A 55-year-old Creusois who was driving drunk was arrested this Monday, March 8 in the morning by the police of Guéret. After analysis, the man had 1.30 grams of alcohol per liter of blood. He was also driving without license and without insurance.
Four months suspended prison sentence
The driver was immediately tried by the Guéret court. This Tuesday, March 9, he received four months suspended prison sentence and a fine of 300 euros. His car was confiscated and he ban on passing the permit for six months.
