Musk has been offering free wireless internet in Ukraine since shortly after the Russian invasion, via the 2,000 satellites of his company Starlink. According to the billionaire, there have been several cyber attacks on that company since then, as well as attempts to block the Starlink signal in Ukraine.

Dmitry Rogozin, the director of the Russian space agency Roscosmos, warned Musk in Russian media on Sunday evening. “He provides support to the Nazi Azov battalion, and to the Ukrainian army. In that way, he is involved in providing military communications to the fascist armed forces in Ukraine. And you’ll have to pay a price for that later, Elon,” said Rogozin. “However foolish you are now.”
