A 40-year-old man presents himself, Saturday July 30, 2022, at 11:30 a.m. to the emergency room of the Henri-Ey psychiatric hospital in Chartres. Claiming to be schizophrenic, he asks to see a doctor to be committed, but does not agree to wait.
A nurse tries to calm him down and explains that he has to wait. He insults her. The psychiatrist following him arrives. The forties insults him in turn.
