He killed his partner and daughter and went to breakfast with a coworker

They called Magdalena, they sent her messages. They also knocked on her door and clapped on the sidewalk, waiting for someone to come out. A worried friend was the one who entered the house and found her: she was dead on top of the bed, along with her 4-year-old daughter. The crime occurred in the early hours of Saturday.

Police interviewed neighbors who heard screaming. Thus they reached the couple of María Magdalena Figueredo (23), a Paraguayan mason who, they suspect, went to breakfast at the house of a co-worker after the double murder.

It all started during the first hours of Saturday, when Jacinto Javier Apodaca Ferreira (24), who lived in the house on Calle Juana Azurduy, between Cuyo and Ireland, on the border of La Reja and Francisco Álvarez, in Moreno, argued with his couple.

Neighbors acknowledged hearing the screams and beatings, but none called the police. Hours later, concerned about the young woman’s lack of response, they found the bodies.

Jacinto Javier Apodaca Ferreira (24) is detained and this Monday he will be investigated for aggravated double femicide.

Magdalena was an immigrant and had arrived a few years ago in Buenos Aires from the department of Yuty, Paraguay, in the department of Caazapá. Luz Emily was her daughter, the product of a previous relationship, and would have wanted to separate from Apodaca, who. harassed her.

Although the young woman had not made complaints about the mistreatment, neighbors and witnesses stated that the man was violent towards her.

The experts confirmed that the crime was committed between 3 and 10 a.m. on Saturday. Although they await the result of the autopsy to confirm a brutal suspicion.

It is believed that Apodaca, who is a bricklayer, left the house where he would have committed the crime and went to a colleague’s. As if nothing had happened, she had breakfast with him around 6 and together they left for a construction site where they were working.
