The incident occurred in Şeyhoğlu village of Çaycuma district in the morning. Hasan Demir, who lives in houses with his brother, argued with his brother Mustafa Demir because of the pruning of mulberry trees in their gardens. Hasan Demir, who took the shotgun from his house upon the growth of the debate, fired on Mustafa Demir, who pruned the tree, and his nephew Seyhan Demir. Mustafa Demir and Seyhan Demir lost their lives at the scene with nonsense that hit their bodies. The dead bodies of his father and son were removed from the morgue of Çaycuma State Hospital after the examination.
Hasan Demir called the headman after the incident and said that his brother and nephew had shot. Hasan Demir, who was detained by the gendarmerie, was taken to the police station.
