Kollam: An 18-year-old man was arrested by Kollam Kadakkal Police for harassing underage girls he met through Instagram. Neeraj was arrested for molesting girls who were studying in the 7th and 8th grade at the 1st floor garden house in Kadakkal. The defendant sexually assaulted girls from Chatayamangalam and Kadakkal areas whom he met via Instagram. There are other similar cases against Neeraj.
After taking the photos and videos of the naked girls, they took the girls out of the house at night and tortured them in a deserted place. When the locals caught them in a deserted area, the information came out that Neeraj he had exploited other girls. Neeraj was presented in court after collecting evidence.
