Salteño and known in the department for his work as a referee for the soccer league, he served for many years as a judicial officer where he learned about the operation of the system.
After studying for 17 years at the University of the Republic, he reached the goal of being a lawyer.
This is how he told his story in an interview with Subrayado: “Ever since I was a child I liked the law profession and when I had the opportunity I got on because I liked it, I like it and I will continue to like it as long as I live.”
Regarding his work as a soccer judge, he said that it was “one of the best stages” of his life for all that he could learn: “I practically traveled two-thirds of Uruguay.
“Cities that I did not think I knew I know and I was always grateful to the refereeing and the Salta league.”
He said that the last two exams were given through the Zoom platform. “I went out and met my sister-in-law and she was the first to hug me. Then I called my wife and said: look, I received it.”
He pointed out that for him it represents “the end of one stage and the beginning of another” that he hopes “is as beautiful as the previous one.”
