NEW YORK, Jun 15 (Reuters) – Condemned former film producer Harvey Weinstein may be extradited to California from New York to face rape and sexual assault charges, a New York judge ruled on Tuesday.
Erie County Judge Kenneth Case rejected Weinstein’s attorney’s arguments that the paperwork to transfer the former producer was not in order and that he should remain in New York to receive adequate medical care.
