On the afternoon of December 16, in a fraction of the property called “Los Alisos” in the town of San Antonio de las Minas, a violent event occurred in which Isaac Enríquez Hernández was injured, who was inside the property of which he is the owner. Mrs. Elsa de la Rosa Vázquez.
The injured man took his vehicle taking a local road that leads to the town, where he was hit by a person named Katya Agalsoff Sarroquín, wife of the alleged aggressor Juan Cuauhtémoc Melgoza Kennedy, who tried to stop him.
The attacked man managed to reach the Oxxo of the town, where he requested support from the municipal authorities and ambulances due to the severity of his injuries. Municipal police from the San Antonio de las Minas and Francisco Zarco delegation arrived at the site, as well as ministerial police officers who, despite the fact that the aggressor was pointed out and there was flagrante delicto, did not act against it.
According to the municipal police report in the place, the injured person was found and named Katya Aglasoff as the aggressor, with the affirmation of witnesses, stating that she tried to “get him out of the way” with her car.
As antecedents of this aggression are the threats in the first place from the lawyer Jesús González Agundez, who invaded the land owned by the injured and two of the caretakers.
“On several occasions, the alleged aggressor who caused the injuries entered the premises armed wanting to intimidate, then he knocked down the fence with a truck and with it he wanted to run over. They burned a trailer and destroyed the wooden house, “he said.
Likewise, prior to this event, threats were received from the woman named Georgina Mireya Gómez Vázquez and her son Ángel Barajas Gómez, of which there are complaints in the Francisco Zarco Public Ministry Agency, both by the attacked and by the possessor.
One more, for damages, theft of personal property and dispossession, of which none presents progress despite being evidenced by facts and witnesses.
Given this, those attacked will go to the Attorney General’s Office, because in the events reported, ministerial staff refused to provide support.
It should be noted that the injured is in the General Hospital awaiting medical intervention.
