GTA 6 Trailer Breaks Guinness World Records Record, Reaches 90 Million Views in 24 Hours on YouTube

Liputan6.com, Jakarta The Grand Theft Auto or GTA VI trailer, which was just released by Rockstar Games on December 5, officially set a world record and has been recognized by Guinness World Records.

Menurut Guinness World Records, trailer first GTA 6 was given the title “most viewed videogame reveal” aka video reveal game the most viewed on YouTube in 24 hours with 90,421,491 views.

Quoting the official site Guinness World RecordsFriday (8/12/2023), this trailer also became the most liked video game trailer on YouTube, with 8.9 million likes in the first 24 hours of release.

Outside of the game category, recorded by Guinness World Records, this GTA 6 video is also the YouTube video with the most views in 24 hours for non-music, surpassing MrBeast’s video.

The MrBeast video in question is entitled Every Country On Earth Fights For $250,000, which was uploaded in August 2023 and reached 59.4 million views in 24 hours.

“We are thrilled to share this new vision with players everywhere,” he added.

This is not the first time that Guinness World Records has awarded a record for the GTA franchise.

Previously, GTA V became the best-selling game on the PlayStation 3 (PS3) in April 2015, with 19.45 million copies sold, and in September 2023 the figure was recorded at 20.32 million, and became the best-selling action-adventure video game in 2014.
