The first and cumulative advantage of realme X3 SuperZoom lies in what it offers for its price. Very strong components, including an efficient system, a lot of RAM, a 120 Hz display and … a periscope. It was the set of cameras with a special telephoto lens that distinguished this model at the time of its premiere. To this, let’s add a sufficiently capacious battery that can be quickly charged and we get one of the better thought-out smartphones on the market. Of course, appearance is a matter of taste, but you can appreciate the distinctive painting for each realme model – a combination of classic painting with a delicate and unusual play of lights.

To balance the advantages, there must be some disadvantages, right? In the review, I mentioned the limited capabilities of the 120 Hz display and the fact that the housing does not heat up very often. It turns out that both inconveniences have been eliminated in some way in the updates. First of all, today there is no shortage of software available that will use the potential of the realme X3 SuperZoom screen. On the other hand, heating up can still occur once in a while when using the full processing power of Snapdragon 855. However, the performance drops are not that noticeable. When we look at the screen, some may not like the fact that it is not AMOLED. Nevertheless, it is worth checking the fluidity of the display at 120 Hz to understand that IPS can also be viewed with pleasure. In addition, you definitely have to remember that the quality of the cameras today does not bring you to your knees – the competition has just caught up. Nevertheless, the periscope still remains a feature unique to realme X3 SuperZoom in this price class.
