Suara.com – Classic design Facebook, the interface with the iconic blue navigation bar will be gone forever in September.
As the page launches Among quote The Verge, Saturday (22/8/2020), the support page has been updated and Facebook said all users will have a new design soon.
While current users can switch back to the old interface on the Facebook site, the button warns that the classic Facebook will no longer be available from September.
The new design was announced at last year’s Facebook developer conference, and initially rolled out to iOS and Android service apps.
In March, the new design expanded to the desktop as an optional feature, leaving users free to continue using the old design if they wish. However, in September, the old designs will be lost forever.
The new interface is a huge change from what Facebook has been using for most of its existence.
Facebook’s new look is much cleaner with lots of white space, but there’s also a dark mode for the new look.
Functionally, the new look also highlights a greater focus on the Groups service feature, as well as prominently displaying links to the Facebook Watch, Marketplace and Gaming sections of the top navigation bar.
