Drivers will also get other benefits in the form of an Employee Providence Fund (EPF) savings account or old-age insurance and Social Security Organizations (Sosco) or work accident insurance. Not only that, they will also get health insurance, annual leave and travel allowances.

“I don’t think we have any plans to temporarily halt our current recruitment policy, because we want to grow. We currently have 20 permanent riders and are looking for more in the future,” explained Lim Ben-Jie.
