The property portfolio manager of Swiss Life AM is appointed to head the Portfolio and Transactions division of the property company.

The real estate company has appointed Gerhard Demmelmair to head its “Portfolio and Transactions” division. The new member of management, currently working at Swiss Life, is expected to take up his new duties early next year.
Mr. Demmelmair, 49, currently manages the property portfolio of Swiss Life Asset Management. The civil engineer also worked for pom + Cosulting and Nationale Suisse, said the press release published on Tuesday.
