The result? IT consultants, electrical engineers, but also nursing staff and corporate responsibility managers are currently in particularly high demand and are of great importance for the future.

IT consultant and software developer

Consultants are also becoming increasingly attractive because companies lack their own IT young talent. External IT experts are not only particularly sought after, but are also among the top earners in Germany. IT consultants earn around 75,200 euros and developers in the backend area get 61,600 euros.

Electrical engineering engineers

While combustion engines are slowly being sidelined, the call for electrical engineers is becoming all the louder.
