The deeds from BGN 1,000 to 2,000 are written to the owners, not to the clients
Inspections of nightclubs in Sofia are carried out by SDVR. After 11 pm they are not allowed to work – whether they are outdoors or indoors. The inspections are joint with the Regional Health Inspectorate, and media representatives are invited.
20 minutes after 11 pm one of the restaurants in the center of Sofia is full of customers, reports BNT. The police and RHI teams are already writing the first acts of violation.
However, this is not the only case. The situation is expected to be the same during the weekend, as there are ads on social networks of restaurants announcing that they will continue working.
The acts for violation are between BGN 1000 and 2000, they are written to the owners, the clients are not subject to a fine.
