This year in April the average monthly temperature is expected to be around the norm, which for most of the country is between 11 and 13 degrees, on the Black Sea coast and in the highlands – between 9 and 11, and for the mountains – from minus 5 to 2 .
The lowest temperatures in April will be mostly between minus 3 and 2 degrees, and the highest – between 23 and 28. There is a possibility of negative minimum temperatures by the end of the second decade.
The monthly amount of precipitation on average for the country will be around the norm, which for the plains is between 40 and 70 l / sq.m, in the mountainous regions – between 60 and 100 l / sq.m.
In early April, sunny weather will prevail, temperatures will rise. By April 3-5, the clouds will increase and in many places it will rain and temperatures will drop. In the coming days, with the transfer of air masses from south-southwest, it will warm up again. Sunny weather with scattered medium and high clouds will prevail.
At the end of the first and in the first days of the second ten days the temperatures will drop significantly and by the end of the period will be lower than usual. A precipitation situation will be created in places with significant amounts. In the Fore-Balkans and in the high fields of Western Bulgaria there is a possibility that the rain will turn into snow.
During the third decade the temperatures will rise and will be close, in places and a little higher than usual. There is a probability of precipitation around the middle of the period and at the end of the month, when the temperatures will relatively decrease.
At the beginning of the month the sun rises at 7 hours and 9 minutes and sets at 19 hours and 53 minutes. The length of the day is 12 hours and 44 minutes. At the end of the month the sun rises at 6 hours and 23 minutes and sets at 20 hours and 26 minutes. The length of the day is 14 hours and 3 minutes.
