Police during extensive search measures in the district
Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald on Wednesday, July 28th, 2021.
The focus of the measures was in the Bad Krozingen area; other properties were searched in Staufen, Neuchâtel and Badenweiler.
A suspect suspected of being a drug dealer was arrested. The suspect, a 28-year-old with Gambian nationality, was brought before a judge who, at the request of the public prosecutor, ordered the detention center.
The searches were preceded by extensive investigative measures at the Müllheim police station that stretched over several months. During the searches, which were supported by forces from Police Headquarters and Customs, the investigators were able to find narcotics (including around 900 grams of marijuana, 200 grams of hashish and around 90 grams of amphetamine), among other things, a five-digit cash sum and other extensive items
