The fire in an apartment above the Kaiser women’s fashion store on Kaiser-Joseph-Strasse broke out around 9:30 p.m. The professional fire brigade and two departments of the Freiburg volunteer fire brigade quickly extinguished the fire in the residential complex, which includes 40 apartments. The injured person was rescued from the apartment and treated by the ambulance service with an ambulance and taken to a hospital. There are no reports of the cause of the fire or the damage caused.
