University of Indonesia Student Executive Board (WELL UI) together with a number of student organizations who are members of the Indonesian Student Alliance (AMI) will hold the People’s Restlessness Pulpit, Sunday (10/4) Horse Statue, Central Jakarta.
In the event, BEM UI will also confirm their attitude whether they are present in the demonstration to reject the 3 -term presidential term or not on Monday, April 11.
BEM UI chairman Bayu Satria Utomo said that although he had not yet decided on the April 11 demonstration, he emphasized that BEM UI still refused to extend the presidential term.

According to AMI, the discourse of postponing the election has become a serious issue because it deviates far from the constitution.
“In addition, the issue of economic inequality (price increases) and attacks on civilians are issues that are currently happening among Indonesian people,” stated the invitation received.
Previously, the All-Indonesian Student Executive Board (BEM SI) said it would demonstrate at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta, Monday (11/4).
The demonstration was called to reject an extension of the presidency. In addition, they will also protest the increase in the price of fuel oil and staple materials.
